Throughout the day, conversations focused on practical ways technology can broaden talent pools, reduce bias, and strengthen equal opportunity—principles at the heart of our UnbiasAI approach and operationalized in Merified, our AI-powered hiring assistant that anonymizes early-stage applications and delivers auditable recommendations with human oversight.
